Elaine Walker


Elaine lives in New York City where she earned a Master of Music Technology at New York University. She studied at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico and at Berklee College of Music in Boston. Her bachelor's degree is in music synthesis from Berklee. After graduation, she worked in the music synthesis laboratories at Berklee for several years. While living in Boston, she was also active in the National Space Society. When she moved from Boston to New York in August 1999, she left her position as president of the Boston NSS Chapter. The New York City Chapter has revived under her leadership!

Here is Elaine chairing the first (in two years) meeting of the New York City chapter of the National Space Society. She scheduled the meeting in a music classroom, bringing space, music, friends all together!
