	Las Cruces PREP (Prefreshman Engineering Program) is a program aimed at high achieving pre-college students. Our goal is to increase the number of competently prepared students from the Las Cruces area who will ultimately pursue science and engineering studies in college. We encourage the participation of achieving women and minority students, who are typically under represented in such mathematics-based careers. As an eight-week academically intense, summer program, Las Cruces PREP enhances the education our participants receive from the public and private schools in the Las Cruces area.
